Please ensure you are using Version 5.10.4 of Handtevy Mobile. Some Users are still on an older platform that will be discontinued on August 6, 2024. Follow these steps to avoid service disruption and access the latest clinical guidelines:
You have the latest version if:
- You see ‘Pediatric’ and ‘Adult’ buttons at the top of the screen.
- Version 5.10.4 or newer is displayed at the bottom of your screen.
To update the Handtevy Mobile App:
- Go to your App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of your screen.
- Scroll down to find Handtevy.
- Tap the ‘Update’ button.
- When the update is complete, click ‘Open’.
- Verify you see ‘Pediatric’ and ‘Adult’ buttons at the top of the screen. If you do, no further action is needed.
- If you see only one ‘Add Patient’ button at the top, submit or delete any open patient charts to update the app.
